Fort Worth SWE celebrates the end of 2018 as we reflect on all that our section has accomplished this past year. Below are some notable achievements through the collective effort of our membership:
- 24 hours of volunteering donated to the Fort Worth Science & History Museum Engineering Week.
- $1700 in new merchandise sales.
- 7 members at #WE18
- 1st Place Graduate Poster competition winner (Samantha Zellner, University of North Texas)
- 30 hours of volunteering donated to Girls Inc of Tarrant County.
- $60 raised for Tarrant County Food Bank.
- 32 participants in our Holiday Party, a new record in attendance.
- 1st Dallas-Fort Worth Leadership Summit hosted.
